Pusker Regmi
Dr. Pusker Regmi is the Wastewater Sector Leader at Stantec, where he leads innovation, technical strategy, and thought leadership across North America. He has been at the forefront of developing and implementing full-scale solutions including low DO operation, sludge densification and PdNA, technologies that are reshaping the future of wastewater treatment. His applied research published in top journals forms the foundation for many of today’s most advanced process intensification practices. Dr. Regmi has served as principal investigator on multiple Water Research Foundation projects and holds leadership roles with WEF and IWA. He also co-led the SWAN Digital Twin Readiness Guide, advancing data-driven operations in wastewater treatment.
