Ruth Spierling

Ruth Spierling has worked as a Civil Engineer with the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts for over four years. She is the engineer for the primary treatment processes in the Wastewater Management Department at the A.K. Warren Water Resource Facility. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering and a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, as well as a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
